Warranty reimbursement often comes down to how clearly the concern, cause, correction, diagnostic steps, and supporting details are documented. This is one I’m especially proud of because many dealers do not realize how much protection already exists in state law, or they only find out after they are dealing with a serious issue involving termination, warranty reimbursement, facility demands, inventory requirements, performance standards, audits, ownership changes, or other manufacturer pressure points. This tool gives Texas powersports dealers a practical place to start asking questions, reviewing key concepts, and becoming more informed about the rights and protections available to them. It is not a replacement for qualified legal counsel, but it can help dealers ask better questions, recognize potential issues earlier, and have more productive conversations with their attorney, OEM, or dealer association.
A Lightspeed 3PA Query Builder GPT, created to help dealers build better 3PA queries for both Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Anyone who has worked with Lightspeed data knows the information is powerful, but getting it into a usable format can be frustrating if you are not comfortable building formulas, imports, lookups, filters, and reporting logic from scratch. This tool helps dealers translate what they are trying to measure into practical spreadsheet formulas and query structures they can actually use. Whether the goal is inventory reconciliation, sales reporting, parts analysis, service follow-up, or cleaning up exported data, this GPT gives dealership teams a faster way to turn Lightspeed information into something useful.
