During the height of the COVID pandemic of 2019, I teamed up with a group of industry experts to compile a guide for dealers to help them through many of the issues and problems they had to confront every day. A big thanks to Steve Jones for taking the lead on this project, and the MRAA’s Matt Gruhn for providing us a launch platform.
