While this is an auto article, I feel it’s applicable to powersports dealers as well. Many owners seem unsure about the future of our industry, but I’m still long on our prospects. Prior to purchase, a majority of consumers want to touch and feel big ticket items. It’s tough to do that on the internet.

If you don’t feel good about the future of our industry, then just keep doing business the same way you have been doing it for the last 20 years, I’m pretty sure your concerns will turn into reality. The only dealers who should be worried about the future are those who are afraid of change.
