Many years ago, in a 20 Group far, far, away, we had a Daily Dozen checklist for each Department Manager. Nothing too complex, but just a reminder of things for the manager to do each day.
That list is a bit out of date, and I thought it would be good to update it for the 21st century. I also thought it would be neat to take a stab at crowdsourcing from some of the industry leaders.
I’ve created a shared document. Feel free to review what’s on the list and add anything to it that you think should be there. If there is enough interest then I’ll create additional ones for Sales and Service Managers.
