Recently I had started a crowdsourced project developing a checklist outlining certain tasks and reports that Parts Managers should be completing on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. A few dealers who helped with that project asked me to create a Service Manager checklist, so I have gotten that going as well.
Here’s the link and the instructions are at the top of the sheet. This is an open document and anyone can add their input. I’ll leave it open for about a month, and at the end I’ll clean it up, reorganize the entries, and let everyone know that it’s good to go. Appreciate your input.
