– think cookie cutter programs will work for them
– give up control of their domains
– not own their adwords and analytics accounts
– overpay for digital services

I understand that Digital is a fast moving landscape and it can be tough for dealers to keep up, but there are plenty of options out there like Joe Iribarren at BC and Logical Position who will work with you to make sure that you succeed in your market, all while you maintain control over your assets and your sales process.

Don’t be afraid to drop the pen and to step away from the table.
