Barletta Memorial Day Customer Service notification

As industries mature, they tend to offer similar products and services. With many of our suppliers being public companies, customer experience is now secondary to shareholder profitability. With so many companies having pared costs down to the bare minimum, it doesn’t take much for a company to offer something new and unique which can really make them stand out from the crowd.

I was excited to see that my friends over at Barletta Boat Company, LLC decided to expand their holiday weekend customer service hotline. While Barletta produces a premium product, there is always the chance that something might not work as expected, and the worst time to discover those problems would be on a holiday weekend.

Barletta is staffing their tech lines over the Memorial day weekend. If a customer has a problem with their boat and they cannot reach their local dealer, then they can also call the factory for support. This really is taking customer service to the next level, and something you are unlikely to see out of most of the players in the industry (especially the short-sighted public companies who care more about share price than customer satisfaction).
